Benzino has since read some of the things Osorio has said about him, and in a recent interview with Philly radio personality Kendra G., he talks how he felt about it.
"What she said in her book, whether it's true or not ... she was up there for a number of years, so I'm sure some of it may have been ... Everything is like opinion-ized, whereas the story could of been true, but true from her way. It might of been a different opinion is somebody else's eyes," he said.
While he admits that Osorio's book is partially true from her point of view, Benzino says that the dirty laundry she airs out about him doesn't bother him. However, he claims that some of the things she writes about in her books makes her look hypocritical.
"I got thick skin. Can't [what] nobody say on a book or the internet bother me," Zino said. "...I feel like, now, she's lost a lot of respect in the journalism world, as well as [with] women, because you got to remember, she was suing us for sexual harassment on 'behalf of women everywhere' and 'women's rights' and 'stick up for the integrity of women in the work place,' and then admits to 'I'm licking 50 Cent's balls.' It's like which one is it gonna be?"
According to Benzino, during Osorio's time working as Editor-In-Chief at The Source, he and Dave were paying her a $130,000-a-year salary, which he says was the most she had "ever made or will ever make at a job," and her book Straight From The Source is just a last ditch effort to cash in.
"We live in a world, now, where people feel like they can make a quick buck writing a book. I don't think her book is really doing that good, but I guess whatever," said Zino.
"Kim really is irrelevant. This is Kim's last hoorah. You won't hear about Kim after this book, after this book nonsense goes away," he added.
As far as the highly-publicized beef with Eminem that Osorio gives some insight on in her book, Benzino says it's done and over with, but highly doubts Em would ever sit down with him ever again.
Kim Osorio's book, Straight From The Source, is out now. It is currently on sale at Amazon.com for $16.47.
