Judge Issues Bench Warrant For Rapper DMX

A Phoenix, Arizona judge had issued an arrest warrant for rapper DMX for missing a scheduled court date today (August 12).

DMX, born Earl Simmons, is accused of visiting the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona to receive treatment for an illness and using someone else's identity, in order o avoid paying the bill.

The rapper, 37, was also due to attend a pretrial conference pretraining to marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession charges.
