Bill Passes For Kayne West Mother Dr. Donda West

The LA Times reported that the California Senate passed the bill which would require hospital patients to take a full physical exam, before having electric cosmetic surgery.

Last year Dr. Donda West, Kayne West mother, died from complications related to cosmetic surgery.
