Fat Man Scoop and his wife, Shanda take internet show "Man and Wife" to MTV beginning Sept. 29th

“It’s coming on September 29th at 11 o’clock on MTV," Scoop said.

“We answer email, voicemail and video submission and all of it’s done from our bed,” his wife Shanda added. “It’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen on television which I’m proudest of.”

“Man and Wife” started as a weekly podcast, in which the married couple sat in bed and discussed sex, money, jobs, politics and marriage. It quickly attracted the attention of an international audience and executives at MTV who signed them to a television development deal.

"Fat Man Scoop and Shanda are not only made for each other but are made for television," said Tony DiSanto, executive vice president of MTV series development and animation. "Their hilarious and frank discussions could help usher in a new era of public discourse.”
